What’s been happening:

I graduated from The College of Health & Human Development with a B.S. degree in Exercise Sports Science in '94. I then completed a Master's of Science degree in Cardiac Rehabilitation from East Stroudsburg University in '96. After eight years of serving as a cardiac rehab director in State College, PA, I received a full-time job for the Department of Kinesiology as a faculty instructor for the past ten years.
